Dry treatment
Dust, hair and crumbs are removed with a powerful vacuum and attachments.

Stain removal
Stains are treated individually with professional products matched to each type of mark.

Extraction cleaning
A cleaning solution is applied and immediately extracted together with dirt from deep inside the fibres.

Rinse and drying
Residue is removed, the pile is brushed and drying is accelerated. Usually 3–6 hours.

- Clear items off the furniture and make sure we can reach it and a power socket.
- Do not use the furniture until fully dry — usually 3–6 hours, long-pile rugs up to 12 hours.
- Keep the room ventilated — it speeds up drying.
- Old stains, paint, ink and marker may not come out completely — we will tell you honestly before we start.

- Genuine leather, silk and antique furniture are only cleaned after an inspection.
