Frequently asked questions
How long does furniture take to dry?
Usually 3 to 6 hours, depending on the fabric, filling and ventilation. Long-pile rugs can take up to 12 hours.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use hypoallergenic professional products and rinse the upholstery at the end to remove any residue.
Can every stain be removed?
Most can. Old stains, paint, ink, marker and stains that have already been treated at home sometimes do not come out completely. We will tell you honestly before we start.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Clear items off the furniture and make sure there is a power socket nearby. The technician brings everything else.
How much is the call-out?
Free within Saint Petersburg. Suburbs and Leningrad Oblast by arrangement. The minimum order is 3,000 ₽.
How can I pay?
After the job — cash, bank transfer or QR code (SBP). Companies can pay by invoice.
Do you clean windows?
No, we do not offer window cleaning. We specialise in upholstery and carpet cleaning, with apartment and office cleaning coming soon.
